Featured offerings include First Light, San Mateo from Oaxaca, Chelbesa G1 from Yirgacheffe, Bookkisa from Guji, Buncho Honey from Sidama, Burundi Gitwe 2, Divino Niño Decaf, Banko Gotiti, Dionel Chilito, and Abel Salinas Typica Mejorado.
Why does the team recommend resting freshly roasted coffee?
According to the company, its lightly roasted coffees generally reach their best flavor after resting for at least three weeks from the roast date.
