All of our offerings are sourced from local roasters, tea blenders, and artisans. From our coffee to our pastries, we want to support as many small businesses in Florida as possible! When you buy from us, you're supporting a long chain of neighbors in your own community. Using only single origin, freshly roasted beans, we extract the best flavor through a variety of unique methods, from the inverted Aeropress to our espresso machine. From weight, to grind, to ratio, each bean is different, and we treat it as such. Each beverage is about balance; we make sure to take our current beans into consideration to ensure the best seasonal drinks. It's time to raise the bar; the coffee bar!
