Claude and Chantal's story began in Fleury, a quaint village in the Moselle region of France, not far from Paris. Claude's journey into the world of coffee started early. At just 12 years old, he began learning the art of coffee roasting and café operations from his father and grandfather. With years of experience and a passion for hospitality, he eventually opened several cafés in the Metz area of France. It was in one of these cafés that Chantal joined Claude, bringing her expertise in French baking and cuisine from her years working in the bakery trade. Their professional partnership soon became a love story, leading to their marriage. United by their love of coffee, French pastries, and authentic French cuisine, Claude and Chantal brought their dream to the United States, opening Le Cafe de Paris, a family-owned French restaurant and café in Orlando's Dr. Phillips neighborhood, in 2006. Today, Le Cafe de Paris serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with fresh French pastries, specialty coffee, wine, and beer. For nearly two decades, the café has become a beloved gathering place for Orlando residents and visitors alike. Le Cafe de Paris is more than just a restaurant - it's a family tradition. Every meal, pastry, and cup of coffee reflects Claude and Chantal's commitment to sharing French hospitality and creating a warm, welcoming space where friends and families can gather together.
