CFS Coffee was founded by Paola Bornacelli and her family to introduce Colombian coffee culture to the United States. Although the first U.S. location opened in Winter Park, Florida, in 2016, the brand's roots go back to Bogotá, Colombia, where it was established in 2010. The company's mission is to showcase Colombia's rich coffee heritage while creating a welcoming place where guests can nourish both their body and their soul.

Coffee is at the heart of the experience, with every drink prepared using 100% Colombian coffee. The company emphasizes carefully selected beans that are nurtured from the farm stage to the final cup. Customers can also explore the brand's signature coffee collection, including Farmer, Journey, and Expedition, each highlighting different Colombian growing regions and flavor profiles.
