Founded in 2018, the café was created after its founders noticed that many coffee shops excelled at either specialty coffee or customer service, but rarely both. Their goal was to make specialty coffee more approachable by pairing carefully crafted drinks with genuine hospitality in a welcoming environment.

The team approaches coffee much like mixologists approach cocktails. Signature drinks are handcrafted using ingredients such as pink Himalayan sea salt, small-batch bitters, local juices, fresh garnishes, and creative flavor combinations designed to transform familiar espresso drinks into something unexpected.

Alongside espresso drinks, cold brew, matcha, and specialty lattes, the menu features elevated café food including signature toasts, breakfast sandwiches, vegan options, and seasonal creations. Many items can also be prepared with gluten-free bread or non-dairy milk alternatives.
