Lineage Coffee Roasting

Founded in 2012, the company began as a small roasting project driven by a passion for specialty coffee. Since then, it has grown into an award-winning roaster while staying focused on quality, education, and creating meaningful relationships with customers, producers, and its own team.

The team roasts in small batches using carefully selected coffees and works to build direct relationships with producers. Every coffee is cupped and dialed in before being served, with the goal of highlighting each origin's unique characteristics rather than masking them through roasting.

The selection includes rotating single-origin coffees, signature blends such as Modern American, 431°, and Dark & Cozy, plus decaf options and limited seasonal releases. As harvests change throughout the year, the coffee lineup evolves to showcase fresh crops from different producing regions.

Yes. Through Lineage Academy, the company offers books and hands-on classes covering brewing, espresso, cupping, roasting, milk steaming, and other coffee fundamentals. The goal is to make specialty coffee education approachable for both beginners and experienced enthusiasts.

Beyond supplying roasted coffee, the company works with wholesale partners through consulting and training. Services include menu development, equipment selection, bar workflow planning, staff training, drink standards, cupping, quality grading, and roasting education to help cafés build a strong coffee program.
