Scooter's Coffee

Scooter’s Coffee was founded in 1998 by Don and Linda Eckles, who opened the first drive-thru coffeehouse in Bellevue, Nebraska. The original concept focused on high-quality drinks, fast service, and a friendly experience. Even the name reflects that idea: “Scooter’s” came from the goal of helping customers “scoot in and scoot out” quickly.

The company says it roasts only from the top 10% of specialty coffee beans in the world. Its at-home coffee is made with 100% Arabica beans sourced directly from farmers, reflecting a focus on quality and direct relationships with coffee producers.

Caramelicious® debuted in 1998 after a barista suggested the drink and quickly became one of the brand’s best-known offerings. The original version combines espresso, Caramelicious® sauce, and steamed 2% milk, topped with whipped cream and caramel drizzle. It can be enjoyed hot, iced, or blended.

The menu extends well beyond traditional espresso drinks, with iced drinks, blenders, hot drinks, Red Bull® Infusions, sparkling floats and sodas, shakes, lemonades, smoothies, teas, food, and kids’ options. The company also offers customizable drinks and seasonal or featured creations.
